“Alice laughed: “There’s no use trying,” she said; “one can’t believe impossible things.” “I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen.
”When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

Welcome!

While our fundraising goals may seem impossible, here at the Palace Theatre with the help of our community we dream up impossible things every day.

We hope you will join the celebration and in doing so help Londoners to continue to "play a part".

why attend?

To unite our London community in raising funds for desperately needed repair and revitalization work.

Since the launch of this year's fundraising event, which already had a mandate of continuing to mitigate the costs associated with repairing the auditorium walls last year, our HVAC unit for the Theatre was vandalized twice, and for less than a hundred dollars worth of copper, thieves did tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. While insurance may still cover some of this cost to repair or replace the unit, we will still have to take strong steps to ensure that we can protect the unit to a degree where this never happens again. Having to shift our focus even further from the programming needs for LYTE (our youth theatre program) or sound and lighting equipment upgrades severely impacts our ability to be the kind of organization our community deserves. Please help us get back on track and to put our organizational funds on the stage, where they belong.

what to wear

We are hoping that you will embrace our theme and come in one of two costume choices. Either one allows you to join in the fun and will make for lovely photos. An Alice-themed costume is a wonderful choice (white rabbits, caterpillars, Cheshire Cats, and any other Wonderland fantasy creature are all welcome!) but dressing in your interpretation of “Actor’s Blacks” - an all black outfit of your choice (Hats, gloves or fabulous shoes most welcome) works as well. This is an event where there is no such thing as over the top… Trust me the Hatter will agree!

Bonus for ticket holders: McCulloch’s is willing to give you a 10% discount if you show them your event ticket. This is on full costumes or accessories.

what to expect

A fabulous silent auction, exciting live auction, fantastic hors d'oeuvres from Steel Grill Catering and a complimentary beverage all included in your ticket price! Not to mention an automatic chance at the door prize (stay tuned!), wonderful company, and back by popular demand: The Sir John A MacDonalds who will be playing four sets throughout the evening, including two for dancing the night away!
