LYTE Program Coordinator, Director & Choreographer
Ruth Noonan has been directing and choreographing youth theatre productions for the past 16 years. She began performing at the age of 4, and as a teenager started working at summer theatre camps where she caught the directing bug! Ruth has directed a total of 13 productions for the LYTE program since she first came to LYTE in 2013. In the spring of 2016, Ruth landed her dream job and became the Program Coordinator for LYTE. When Ruth isn’t working with the LYTE kids, she spends her time with her husband Devon (LYTE set builder), her dogs, and her 2 beautiful children, Ruby & Wesley.
Production Stage Manager
Tia is an award-winning stage manager and a founding member of the LYTE (London Youth Theatre Education) program at The Palace Theatre. She loves to bring her experiences to the program to mentor the next generation of young thespians. Tia also tours Southwestern Ontario with Murder for Hire, a murder mystery dinner theatre company. Selected highlights include Production Stage Manager-Oliver! (LYTE), Technical Director-The Addams Family (LYTE), Stage Manager--Harry's Hotter at Twilight (LYTE), a Beat Dish Award nomination for Best Stage Manager --One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (Pacheco Theatre) and the Special Adjudicator's Award for Stage Managing Safe and Sound (LOAF-2010).
Director, Stage Manager, Props Maker Extraordinaire
Rachael has been involved with LYTE for the past five years and spends her time stage managing, directing, and building props. Rachael has been involved in community theatre for the past 10 years and works as a Drama and English teacher for the Thames Valley District School Board. For LYTE her credits include: The Skokie Detective Charter School, Seussical (2019), Junie B. Jones The Musical JR. (2018), Homework Eats Dog and Other Woeful Tales, The Addams Family (2017), and various summer shows (2014-2015). Rachael thanks LYTE for giving her the opportunity to share her passion for theatre with the program!

She also directed and produced the hit musical The Fantasticks which won Best Show at London Fringe 2012. As an actor: Amalia in She Loves Me, Sally in Follies, Jessie Bond in Sullivan and Gilbert, Laurey in Oklahoma!, Carrie in Carousel, Polly in The Boy Friend, Eliza in My Fair Lady, Yum Yum in The Mikado, and Christine in the National Concert Tour of Phantom of the Opera. Kristina is also a professor of musical theatre in the Faculty of Music at Western University
